When trying to edit gadgets single post template getting the error below:

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

It s fresh installation and theres no plugins except you recommend. I can give you wp user and password if you could check.
