Hi I’ve just uploaded my files to my website @ http://www.visit-chester.co.uk but I’m a bit stick on how I change my homepage. Basically I want to keep exactly the same layout just change the pictures to mine etc. How do i go about that? Many thanks

Those pictures are thumbnails created from the featured images or videos you set for your posts

The pages can be edited with the tagDiv composer, you can modify it as you want

It all depends on how you want it to look, the composer has many elements and settings. Each block and grid can be customized, you can filter and sort the content it displays.

Thanks for getting back to me. I still don’t understand how you change the images. Could you run through how you would change the first 4 images on the homepage for me at the top just below the trending now part. Many thanks.

The top elements is a Big grid, it displays 4 posts. For example this post

The image it displays is the featured image set for it

I believe you want to configure the grids and blocks to display your own posts now. That would be the next step. Edit the page with the tagDiv composer and configure the grid to display posts from your categories instead of the demo categories

So you don’t change the images, you change the posts. Those are simple demo posts. Your posts, the ones that you write and publish must have featured images or videos set for each post

After you set a featured image, this image will represent the post in the theme blocks, grids, social sharing etc.

Ok i understand now, sorry about that. Because most of my site is going to pages instead of posts is there anyway i can change the grids and block to display pages instead of posts, many thanks.
