H3 tag color not working

Hi there, I’ve got an H3 tag in HTML that is showing up as black on the Newspaper Dark theme.

If I could attach screenshots here, it would be very easy to show you my settings as well as the offending section, but doesn’t seem like I can past images in here.

An example page:
https://aholics.com/2024/05/23/jared-goffs-journey-to-respect-inside-his-rankings-and-potential-impact-2/

Scroll to the end of the article text, where you will see a handful of links. Right above that is H3 text you can’t see.

I’ve been through just about every Theme Panel page. I’ve modified the Theme Colors -> Headers Text Color to #FFFFFF. Saved it.

No change.

Please help! Thank-you.

While I’ve got you, I also can’t seem to change the color of the social buttons (they’re still orange from the default). You can see this on the same page.

Same with header navigation.

Hello,

You need to go in the theme panel -> theme colors and try to change this color https://i.imgur.com/SzTpjhZ.png
Did you add the block from composer?
The social icons can be edited with tagdiv Composer to change the color.
The prebuilt website you installed needs to be edited d with tagdiv Composer, because the settings from theme panel are for the standard template https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.

Thank you!

It’s HTML. Inserted via API. Changing the color per the imgur screenshot does not solve the problem.

I’m about ready to ask for a refund. Nothing is easy with this thing. I’ve also now got a situation where the title and tagline (top left of website) is different on web vs. mobile.

This is beyond clunky. This stuff shouldn’t be this hard.

Button Text Color for the social icons is set to a single color, but each network has it’s own random color…

So all the settings from the Theme Panel are completely useless for changing settings on any template – minus the standard one. Doesn’t that seem pointless to even have a Theme Panel? Not to mention confusing for the user if so many features just don’t work? I can’t imagine most people wanting to use the standard template, nor is that why I bought the theme in the first place.

Hello,

The options from the theme panel are for standard templates. If you have cloud templates, you must make all the changes using tagdiv Composer https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-use-tagdiv-cloud-library-templates/. Also, if the block is not from our theme, then to change the color, you need to use a custom code CSS.

Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.

Thank you!
