I am having a problem getting the Header Ad element to display on phones, using Header Template 4.
It works fine on desktop, laptop and tablet … but not showing on phones at all.
What am I missing?

Maybe you do not set something well, also this can be from some plugins, you can make a test, deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.

Calin, thanks for the response and obviously I wasn’t clear in my description.
The header ad placement for mobile works fine until I go to a Cloud Library template … then it disappears ONLY when I use the template and on pages using the header templates (and I’ve tried several and all appear to do that).
Using the Newspaper defaults it works fine UNTIL I import a header from the Cloud Library. My apologies for not being more clear.

Please make sure that the header ad that you hat from the tagDiv Cloud Library have an ads in header for menu , for example -> https://www.screencast.com/t/kNDXCHLc

Header Template 22 works fine with the ads translating over to phones, but none of the others I downloaded (4-5-6-21-26) the header ad works fine everywhere except on phones. I edited Template 22 and I think I can make that work.
