Hi, i have a similar issue: with my windows 10 PC i can’t see the header logo.
With my Mac Apple or with my smartphones i see header logo properly.
Can ypu help me please to solve the issue?

Is look that you are using the Newspaper theme , not the Newsmag theme, please open a topic for this problem in Newspaper forum -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/forum/newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
