Ок) When the plugin is disabled, how can I translate the module names? for example LATEST ARTICLES and TAGS? when translating it in the settings, the value on the site does not change

I just tested the translation from theme panel and it is working fine. Maybe could be a plugin conflict there.
Also, we have a tested plugin for this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wpml/
