Hi,
This is the footer zone, it can be set from theme panel where you can choose to use a standard footer template (pre-made or build with widgets) -> https://i.imgur.com/LhDnEwu.png or a cloud footer -> https://i.imgur.com/2kmkZYz.png editable with tagDiv Composer.

I want to know if I need to uninstall the demo after installing it or if I can work on it

You can use any demo you like, just note that -> the demo content will get removed when uninstalling or switching demos -> https://i.imgur.com/waLMfnE.png https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
