So if you want a page like that you can achieve it using tagDiv Composer, create a new page an open it in tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/VZLEyOD.png add a logo and make the follows settings on it -> https://i.imgur.com/7PmDVHE.png -> https://i.imgur.com/HLwofJ0.png -> https://i.imgur.com/yIw1tei.png after that if you want you can save the element using the right click -> in this way you’ll have the element with the settings made, also after you finish with design, yous use the right click to copy and paste the logo and replace the link, image and text.

Yes, you you can use WP Bakery with our theme, but please do not use tagDiv Cloud Library or pro demos with this builder because will not work properly.

Also using our theme with theme builder, you can achieve something similar as in my examples.

The website that you provide as example is a custom made, is not using a theme element, it is custom code, I do not think that you want to do that.
For this I tried to provide and example for how to achieve something similar with our theme, using the elements that our theme is providing, but please note that this need to be made by you, theme support does not mean to make the website fore you (build pages and so on), these is to provide guidance on how to do it.
