i am trying to change theme accent / loading colour. but theme pannel are not working.

The screenshots you provided are not working at all.
If you have any error, please just resend the screenshots.
The issue in general can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

i am having the same issue
updating “theme accent color” has no effect – all hyperlinks, menu items (hovered), and headers remain the default color. updating other colors like “background color” does work.
all requirements for newspaper theme are met
this seems like a bug

Please make sure the settings are saved after changes. Also, check for a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
