I don’t want it to open my site. In fact I want it to open the site to which I place its link but your theme seem to have no space to put the link I want to another site – let’s say the link to my sponsor, but not my site.

Some contain predefined content and content will be added below them, others are empty templates. The demo uses footer template 1 for example

Those three blocks are predefined in the footer template. The logo and footer text can be set in the theme panel

On smaller devices the top bar will not be displayed by default. It could be made to appear if absolutely necessary, with some CSS code. Use this code that will make the top bar display, and also center it
