I can hardly make screenshots, since there is no place to make them. And there is no problem as such.
The website I originally registered the theme to no longer exists. And I just want to use the purchased theme on another website.

I am having the same issue. I cannot register my product in the same domain after I deleted the website to start it over. I can send screenshots or screen recordings of the registraton process. It shoes “thank you for registering” and then still displays that it is not registered.

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Unfortunately, that did not work! I went as far as deleting the plugins after disabling them. I tried both times and was not able to activate the theme.
