Hi – I am currently running version 8.1. What will prompt me that there are updates available?
Also the Revolution Slider plugin has been updated, but I can’t find out how to upgrade that as well.

Hello,
There is no automatic way if that is what you mean. Simply disable and delete the plugin you have active now and then press the add new plugin button and select the archive from the package you downloaded from envato. It takes about 1 minute to do.

The reason why I asked is because in the plugins section, the ‘Revolution Slider’ is alerting an update is available. I guess from what you’re saying – I can’t updated this until there is an update to the theme which will come packaged with the latest version.
