I cannot customize my theme

Hellp dear,

I purchased the newspaper and uploaded to my wordpress. Although, I cannot customize my posts or theme. Every time I press the customize button, I get this message

Not Found
The requested URL /~themoty3/wp-admin/customize.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache Server at box5235.temp.domains Port 443

Please help

Hi,

Please make sure that you install the Newspaper theme like in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Also please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

If there is still some problem please provide some more details and some screenshots.
