I can't install the theme

Hi can’t install the file. It looks completely useless. Getting “The link you followed has expired.

Please try again.” error. Can you please email me the solutions or refund the money? Please email at info@menulane.co.uk

I was getting the same message and I had to change hosting providers as soon as I changed I was able to up load the theme with no problems.
