Sometimes after setting up my site through ‘tagdiv composer.. the “save button” won’t save it, it just keep rotating till infinity and when it does that, my site will suddenly go down, if i try to reach my site; it won’t open or load till about 30mins or so. very weird and frustrating.

Please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict, so please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using ca cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
