I need latest version of my template

As I’m using Newspaper 7 template its having an issue with cache and I think I need to update the template to resolve the issue, I want to download latest version of Newpaper 7 or do I need to update the template If I do that then I may loss some settings! help me! thanks

Hi,

You can update the theme to the latest version by following the steps provided in this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and you can make a backup as suggested there. The surest way is to do it by FTP like this – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

after creating the tokel as I’m updating automatically this is the error “The item cannot be downloaded.”

Here is what it says

Hi,

If you are updating the theme through the automatic process, please make sure you follow these steps exactly as they are described here in this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-automatically-update-newspaper-theme/ If you are sure you have done things accordingly, it could be a temporary problem with envato, you could try again later.
