Hi,

Please make sure that you installed the theme as in our guide from here:
Install via WordPress -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
Install via FTP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
After that you can use tagDiv Composer on pages and cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library.
Also you can check some video tutorials here -> https://www.youtube.com/user/tagdiv
