I was using my newspaper theme on a news blog, but recently I decided to use it on another blog. So, I deleted it from the first blog where it was in use and uploaded it unsuccessfully to the other blog. I’ve done this twice and I’ve been told these two times Page “404 Error – Page Not Found” where it’s supposed to show the page where I can preview and activate theme.
Please I need help. The news blog url is NewsFrigate.com, while the other one is DubaiTourPro.com

The posts, pages, and theme panel data are kept in the database on the server. Maybe you did not export/import the database or something did not work properly during the migration.

I hope you understood me. I have two blogs. I was using the newspaper theme on one. I no longer wanted that. I wanted the theme on another blog. So, I deleted it from the blog where I was using it. And then uploaded the zip file to the other blog where I want it. This was what I did. But it has failed three times.

Okay, I just wanted to confirm.
I believe I can use the theme on site.com. What about sub.site.com? How do I use it in this case? I hear some talk about child theme or sth. I’m getting illumined and thanks.

You can use the theme on the sub-domain of the install domain, but not another sub-domain.
Using child theme you can make some changes in some file of theme and keep that settings that you made in child theme after theme updates.
