Godaddy updated my wordpress today and now every time i upload an image i get a HTTP error and every time I use the youtube video feature I get this error
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas09_data01/54/2536654/html/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor-imagick.php on line 497

How do i fix this???

Not really a theme issue, but somebody might be able to help.

Images are uploaded via the WordPress image manager, not the theme.

You can Google this issue as it appears to be very common.

The error is somewhat explanatory in that the execution time for php is set too low by your hosting provider. This is not managed in any way by the theme.

Hi

@awesomenezz
make sure you’re using the current theme’s version available on themeforest, V 6.7.1 and also update the Visual Composer plugin at V 4.11.2. Here you can find our documentation regarding the update process: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ Also check if the parameters from system status are have the recommended values. Here you can check our documentation for more details: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Thanks!

Awesomenezz, I had to call GoDaddy to get the image upload issue resolved. It’s a problem on their end with the resource allocation. It was driving me nuts but all good now.
