Hi,
When I tested the website on my iPhone 7plus using safari browser, banner images, logos, icons, and ad images are not showing up on the pages. It looks like empty boxes. When I tried in Google Chrome, everything works fine and I could see the images.
How to fix the disappeared images & icons on safari browser?

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

We tried your suggestion but it didn’t work.
Still images such as sponsor logos, section banner images and small icons are not visible in my phone.
I appreciate if you could suggest me a way to fix this image issue as I unable to launch the portal to LIVE.

Please make sure that you have the last version of Newspaper theme v9.7.2 and all theme requirements are set as in our documentation.
Please delete the theme with all the plugins and reinstall the theme via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ also if you are using child theme, please deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
