So, i have read your ghid to page speed improve:

I have some problem.
1: I don’t have a VPS server.
2: I try to eliminate the render-blocking JavaScript and CSS
I folow the instruction but i don’t understend what i must add on the td-speed-booster.php

I have desactivate all the plugin and the same!
I want to solve this problem:

Using the guide you can move the loading of the plugin resources in the footer. Follow the mentioned steps and check in the page source, Google may display the new results with a delay.
Simply activating the plugin will not move all your plugin resources to the footer. First check if the booster is active

It will not be active if it detects other plugins than these

This measure was implemented because the booster could cause other plugins to not work properly or at all. Deactivate it as mentioned in that topic from above, and check if there are problems.
The booster plugin is optional, there are other speed booster or render blocking plugins to choose from. Maybe with more settings and easier to use. You could try some and keep testing. This may not be something done easily however, it may take a lot of work.
