Hi,
By default the rows from the composer have 1068px in width, that is the default setting https://i.imgur.com/uuwcpFo.png
Then rows can be stretched if needed, to the provided values. I assume that by decreasing the margins of the page you mean increasing the width of the content. This will indeed reduce the margins, as the content is larger. So you could stretch the rows in the page.
If you want a width value that is not available for selecting, stretch the rows to full and set your desired value here https://i.imgur.com/MDgzWje.png Every row, column, or element from the composer has a width setting in the CSS tab, also margins and padding can be set there if needed. It depends on what exactly you want to achieve in the page.
Thank you!
Hi,
You need to do it on each page, also, please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/full-width-ad-within-content-of-a-post-full-screen-width-when-container-is-1200/
Thank you!
So this means I have to open whatever post in TagDiv Composer to edit the single post template?
How do I do this? There is no option or button in the post list or post editor to access tagdiv composer. I just find the tagdiv composer option when dealing with pages.
Hi,
Seems you use a standard template, then you need to import a single post template -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/ and you can set your sidebar in the widget element -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
Thank you!
Yes I do – how can I copy the current standard template settings/formats to one template from the Cloud gallery?
I don¡t want to change the current style, just the width of the container columns and I don´t want to replicate all details from scratch editing a cloud template.
Hi,
Please provide the link to your website. In the cloud, you will find your standard template -> https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Single
Thank you!
Hi,
You can use this template -> https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/single/single/Single/502 and set the sidebar with the widget element.
Thank you!
Ok – I have done the following:
1. Installed Smart List Template 3 via cloud library in “SIngle templates”
2. set global + create/copy to “Mobile Template”
3. as the featured image is missing, I wanted to “Edit with TD Composer”
-> this opens the homepage view in TD Composer with an error message on top:
“Error at rows: 2(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
-> the URL shows that it should open post view (I guess)
“/wp-admin/post.php?post_id=1896005&td_action=tdc&tdbLoadDataFromId=1895996&tdbTemplateType=single&prev_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwinbuzzer.com%2F1684094638563%2Fwp-admin%2Fadmin.php%3Fpage%3Dtdb_cloud_templates”
Question: How can I fix this/open post view and (re)activate the featured image to be shown?
Hello,
Please follow the steps from this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-at-zones-6models-1dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-currene/ if you have a child theme; please use the main theme.
You can add the Single Featured Image in the post template from tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
