Instagram footer does not update the images.
I’ve already followed all steps suggested in this forum but I can not update.
The plugin version is 4.1.
I tried to be switched to another account.
I deleted the cache.

If you switched to another account but the images are stiull there it is a clear caching issue. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
For a cdn server pleas euse these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Also please contact your host and have them remove the hosting side cache.

we cannot deactivate the instagram footer widget, the instagram pictures doesn’t update since 3 weeks ago..
what can we do? we did the wp supercache and nothing happends

Please try disabling all your plugins except Visual composer, deactivate the Instagram section from theme panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/hGEiwZp4pGH4 then clear your cache again. After this enable Instagram. Please note that there could be some delay for the pictures to refresh, and you should wait a little time. If the problem is still there check like suggested to see if your hosting provider is using a server side caching system.

@interstudio.pro Please try the steps mentioned in the previous replies, and see if the Instagram is displaying as intended. Also note that your Instagram Id needs to be set to public in order for it to work. Please access your Instagram id and see if your account is public. If you cannot get it to work, please provide a link to your website so we can take a look.
