Installation theme – Error

Hello,
we are trying to install the newly purchased theme, but the installation fails.
We unpacked the folder and tried to install the “Newspaper.zip” file.

We use WordPress Version 4.9.1 and we have acquired and downloaded the template on 05/01/2017

We request support in a short time.

Hello,
as we previously wrote, we have already tried to install the “Newspaper.zip” file (11,7 MB – 12.348.612 byte) from the “Newspaper-tf” folder.

The upload fails.

What error are you getting when the install fails?
It could be a memory allocation issue: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If all else fails, FTP is the the best choice: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
