Invalid reply from server endpoint. am getting this error in Pre-designed Templates – tagDiv Cloud Library

Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, I’ve set it to 256M, now it should work -> https://i.imgur.com/Hjpd1Qk.png
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

under the cloud templates i try to use a footer template but am getting the error “Invalid Template!” and when i add new page and wanna add a cloud template i cannot find footer

Make sure that the theme is activate, if is not please activate it, please try and activate it normally again. There should be no issues
