When i try to add new templates after loading templates it shows that an invalid reply from server endpoint. what should i do now.

Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) if you’ll set it to 256M, and is still not working, please check the rest of the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps. Also please make sure that you use an SSL to have https.
Also if the theme is not activated you’ll get the same message, make sure that you have the theme activate as in our guide from here -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/

All the requirements are met on my website, the theme is registered..
I still have the page : Invalid reply from server endpoint
Note : I desactivated ALL plugins (except those from Newspaper).
The error seems to come from the load-scripts.php Do you have issues with your server ?

The fix you provide didn’t seems to make the template work.
But I saw that I didn’t enabled modrewrite on apache2.
I did it, and now it is ok.

Same issue.
System Status
PHP Version: 7.4.3
WP Memory Limit: 256 MB
PHP Execution Time: 300
PHP Max Input Vars: 5000
Theme is registered. The templates have loaded on a couple of occasions but the page times out at 50 seconds 90% of the time.

did you have enable moderwrite on your server ? it was my problem.
The error message sort of gives the problem away.

That’s weird.
Do you use any extra plugins? Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, because there is a possibility, to be a plugin conflict, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again. See if the problem persists.

I have used only tagDiv plugins so there is no possibility of a plugin conflict. Moreover, I’ve still not used any cache plugin.And yes problem persists.

Hi,
The issue was present when only WP Super Cache was running, no other extra plugins were in use. I’ve since switched it off and deleted cache and the server endpoint invalid response timeout is still there.
Which log file should I check to find more details on the error, I have root access on the server.

I have used Tagdiv Mobile theme and API plugin for mobile purpose. Every thing is working perfectly apart from pages.The issue is that pages like About Us, Contact and Privacy policy does not show content which is easily displayed without mobile theme. How can i bring content of pages in mobile theme? Help me out.
