Dear Sir/Madam I am using cloudflare server before, but in newspaper theme i want to know that if i use w3 total cache plugin using cache server cloudflare … is cache will work well in newspaper theme??? or wp super cache is must for better performance??

There is no documentation for setting Total cache, because we only tested Super cache. Try configuring it with similar settings if possible and check the results.
However based on previous user feedback, this caching plugin could cause potential issues with the theme. But you can make some tests and see how it goes if it is absolutely necessary to use it.

Please follow the documentation, it specifies the configuration for the Cloudflare and WP super cache. With that configuration you can use both and there should be no problems.
