issue with tagDiv Composer

Hi, im working with the theme and i have a problem when i want to create a grid with tagDiv Composer, this framework don’t show me the grid when i put on the empty space. And when i create a new row i can’t add any grid on it.

Any tutorial about problems with tagDiv Composer?

Hi,

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

Also please update the theme if you don’t have the last version.

And if you have any plugins that are not tested with our theme please deactivate them ( here is the list with tested plugins https://www.screencast.com/t/2bL9Uga4Wf6C )

I follow step by step all the configuration, clean my wordpress of plugins in disuse, the plugin tagDiv composer does not work correctly, the theme is updated in the latest version. Can I send you a screen print?

Try deactivate TD newsletter plugin.
