Since updating to the latest version, all pages created with TagDiv composer have stopped working completely and shows short code only instead of the webpage.

I’m not impressed as these contribute to a large portion of our revenue.
Same issue the composer has refused to activate
At least I’m not the only one!
I’m surprised at how unprofessional it is, you’d think given its a paid theme, they’d fully test it before releasing the update. Now, I can’t even roll if back without having to uninstall the theme entirely.
Makes us look very unprofessional to have a non-working website.
Me to guys, I deleted the td composer plugin, and I tried to reinstall it. Not working. The developers nailed it this time..
It’s a shame TagDiv doesn’t have a more efficient form of contact…

Yes, I even tried editing the page and clearing cache but no change.
Is it working for you?
I upload of Newspaper 8 to 9 and it was all god.
But today I update to 9.0.1 and I see my page customized like the user harryalbert. 🙁
Also, when I edit the page, it does not let me access the customizer 🙁
Then I find a web that shows some good blocks and also other sites show code 🙁
What are there to do?
I won´t upload a theme soon update more…

I just found the solution …
Go to Newspaper -> Welcome -> Install plugins, and update plugins (tag composer…) and then, it work! 🙂
But I think that this should be automatically when any uploads the theme to avoid this failures…

me too and i got deadline damn it.
any way i can go back to newspaper previous version? this is ruining me and costing me money.
i am a new customer, i used trial to install everything and it was fine. then i bought this thing, all updated, theme, plugin EVERYTHING. then i installed demo and nothing works. tagdiv plugin does not work. the default page for default demo called News does not work and i got a warning saying it does not work, that’s how i know. line 7 does not match content, whatever that means.
and yeah i think most of us know how to update a damn theme or a plugin so this not not the case. the problem is with this tagdiv composer. it does not work with the previous demo. it just does not work. should not be my problem.

Hi, just installed this theme and the plugins, there are no updates as it installed the latest versions, and the demos are not working. Will send email.
Getting this fixed would be great! Emailed 4 days ago and yet to get a reply.
