Most demos contain custom design, the fitness demo as well is setting a custom color for a few elements when hovered. You could remove that custom design from the demo stylesheet

I’ve looked at some post to get the instagram widget to work and I’m modifying the code but I’m not able to fix it
The solutions will work, they worked for all users. Just make sure you make them properly

There are fixes for the Instagram widgets and also social counter. The widget fix will require you to edit a theme file and remove all it’s contents. Replace it with the provided content and save the changes. Then configure the widget as yo wish, there would be n o problem. Maybe clear the cache as well.
I can not get the instagram option to work.
When I reo an article with a video it does not create the featured image.

I though the problem was with the Instagram widget or social counter. Note that a featured video from Instagram is not supported if that is what you are trying to do

You could enter the Instagram link in the beginning of the post content and select post template 5 (this template does not display a featured image in the post page)

It will look like a featured post, but you will have to set a featured image for the thumbnails to be created.
Thanks Simion but I think I have not explained myself well.
- One thing is the problems I have with the instagram widget, I can not get it to work and I did what I was told in the post
- The other problem I have is that some YouTube videos do not catch the featured image and I do not understand it

We could take a look at the issues, as long as you made the Instagram change as mentioned there would be no reason for it not to work the same as before. Also I have tested the YouTube video as featured. Simply enter the video link in the require field and update/publish the post
