Login page critical error

“my account page” is returning this error:

When opening it with the tagDiv Composer

Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

Hi, I reinstalled the plugin but the error persists.
All the subpages in ny account open without any problem.
Just the my account page returns the following when editing it:

Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

I’m not a developer, so I can’t check the error deeply by myself. So, as part of the theme’s support, may you check the error as you suggested previously to other buyers?

Sorry but it seems that it is some misunderstanding.
First: only you replied twice to this ticket, no other colleague of yours;
Second: I never sent my credentials as you may see on my ticket post and further replies.
Third: I never contacted the support team by email on any occasion, as I bought my license last thursday and this is my second ticket (first one was solved on my side).

My question, do you suggest to send my credentials via email so you can check the issue?
