Lost ability to edit individual posts template

Hi, I think I’ve set something wrong on my Newspaper Romania theme. Our site: thelodownny.com is running well but I can’t take our custom ads down on individual post pages because when I go to them from our homepage, I lose the black admin edit bar at the top of the page.

Please let me know if you use Jetpack; if yes, please check this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/.
Also, I saw that you have an issue, and the mobile version is displayed on the desktop -> https://i.imgur.com/hna3Qmt.jpg.
To solve this, please check if your cache plugin has an option for mobile version https://i.imgur.com/YkuXcG8.png – https://i.imgur.com/7WTiZN7.png.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
