Hello, ever since we updated WordPress to version 4.5 we have had access issues to the media library. It became apparent to our developers that when they changed themes to WordPress’ standard 2016 theme the media library worked. We would be grateful for support.
As you can see the loader keeps on spinning, therefor us not being able to access the media library.

There is a conflict between older version of visual composer and the new version of wordpress, but we have no reports of the media library breaking upon updating WP.
Please update your theme to the latest version and make sure you update visual composer as well by following these guides:

If the problem is still there after you update, then please also try it without plugins. Disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
