In the new tagDIV Composer there is an element or plugin like: “PW Carousel / Slider Post Layout For Visual Composer”
How can I make a carousel of images in tagDIV Composer?

You could create a gallery in the tagDiv composer, it will look like this

Or use the revolution slider, an image slider could be created with it. This is a very complex plugin

Other than these there would be no other elements that can slide images, except maybe gallery plugins.

You all are not really answering my questions. So you mean to tell me that Newspaper 9 doesn’t have theme elements that could allow me to create a picture gallery like the one on https://www.reuters.com/ homepage and the individual picture page or the one in http://saharareporters.com/ homepage and individual photos page. Basically, I am asking if there are features that will allow for my site to have a similar visual outlook and function similar to these sites I’ve mentioned.

Sorry for the confusion, it was not my intention. I was just presenting the current image gallery elements that can be used in the theme.
I have checked the example you mentioned, for example this one https://www.reuters.com/
I see the homepage is built with grids and blocks, most of them set to display articles from specific categories. I can’t see an actual image gallery in that page.
The theme composer has a wide selection of blocks and grids that can display your posts.

But the composer doesn’t have a specific gallery element for images. You can either create a tagDiv gallery as mentioned above, try the revolution slider, or use a gallery plugin.
