You propose the installation of a plugin for the mobile theme and I installed it a few hours ago, but I soon deactivated it because the mobile page was completely different when compared with the desktop version. On mobile, I definitely prefer the responsive mode of the desktop version and I’m not using the proposed plugin right now, but now the three-lines/hamburger menu isn’t working.
Could you help me?
Hi,
Did you set up a menu there in the tagdiv Composer, mobile viewport? -> https://imgur.com/0LEgkTh
Thank you!
Hey, Anamaria.
Thanks for your response.
Yup, the menu is already choosen there.
Still broken: http://www.colegiocarbonell.com.br
🙁
Hello,
Please go to the theme panel -> Header -> mobile header and check if you have this option enabled https://i.imgur.com/IM76Hhv.png if yes, disable it.
Thank you!
Hey, Anamaria.
Now the menu isn’t responding at all.
And I would like to see it working. :/
Take a look: http://www.colegiocarbonell.com.br

Hello,
I would like to take a look. Can you please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin access?
Also, during the investigation, know that we will disable the other non-tagDiv plugins.
Thank you!
Same issue for me. I checked and those options are enabled. I follow this thread for any suggestion
Ciao Anamaria,
my issue is related to the AMP pages:
Look at here: https://www.cosenostre-online.it/2023/10/iperconnessi-conferenza-sala-cervi-venerd-13-ottobre/amp/ –> DOESN’T WORK
and here https://www.cosenostre-online.it/2023/10/iperconnessi-conferenza-sala-cervi-venerd-13-ottobre/ –> WORKS
Thank you
s.
Hello,
The AMP plugin that comes with our theme can be checked only if you set it in URL “/?amp”, as it is written in the documentation => https://www.screencast.com/t/IpVB48WJVG -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Thank you!
I am having the same problem with menu and search for mobile, I have this option enabled (https://i.imgur.com/NmcWq4m.png). My problem is also that if I set a menu to the mobile menu hamburger and save, then it’s working but if I re-open the header editor (without changing anything) I see no menu selected again. The menu and search works perfectly if I am logged in wordpress but from anywhere else they do nothing.
Thank you,
SD
I have purged the cache few times now and the mobile menu is working fine but the search is not working: when logged in is ok, but when not logged is just an icon with no action associated.
Thank you for the fast reply,
SD
Hello,
Please let me know what plugin for the cache you use. Maybe you have the object-cache file. Please check this guide to delete it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
I am using siteground as hosting: it give some cache optimization that i ahve already disabled. In wordpress I have the followings plugins: Speed Optimizer, WP Super cache.
In both plugin settings all caching options are already disabled.
I have followed your link guidance and the only think I had in common was the .htaccess files, that I now changed, but I’m still having same problems
