The content has to be inserted in the Mobile Editor as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/FIlxZLKsQQFI Please note that the mobile editor does not read shortcodes.

Can you suggest me how can I block using of cloud library theme in page insight scans? Why it loads with cloud library theme while I’m using only Newspaper default theme and I do not create any theme variant for mobile.

I’m not asking about page speed, but about the mobile version of website. I’m using only default theme from newspaper but pageinsight still read my mobile website as cloud library theme

I want to block second cloud library mobile layout from anybody or any robot like pageinsight, couse it give worse results for page speed.

You can set up a post only to be default or cloud template, but you can not block/hide that it is a cloud template on Google PageSpeed.
