Mobile Theme keeps unsaving my work

Hi there! I created a mobile page via TagDiv composer, and my changes show up on my mobile phone at first, and then when I go to check it within a few minutes it doesn’t save what I’ve done. When I open the mobile page in TagDiv and just hit save, it then works again for another few minutes. Any ideas on what’s happening? Thanks!

Hello!

We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.

Thank you!

Thanks so much for this information. I am using version 1 and do not have the Mobile Theme or AMP plugin installed. It’s still reverting back to an unsaved version. Any other ideas? Thanks so much!

just installed those 2 plugins and then deleted them again, and the mobile site seems to be working?!
Problem solved, hopefully for good!

Thanks so much!

I guess that was a short fix, the mobile site is back to not being able to save my changes. When I go into TagDiv and hit save, it fixes it temporarily. How do I get it so my changes save permanently?
Thanks!

Hi there! I took the hint and emptied my cache (WP Optimize) and this seems to have done the trick! Thank you so very much for your help!
