Mobile Theme Not Working

I can’t get our mobile theme working. I have the plugin loaded and active,

Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Hello,
Well it does not seem to be working so please check if you have this section: http://screencast.com/t/tXzLKX1yoMCB
If that tab is not present in the theme panel, it means that the mobile theme is not active. If it is, then please clear all caching and cdn network if you use it.
Please only use this plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and for a cdn: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

Thanks Bogdan for your quick help. It is appearing and we do have a cache. I’m taking care of it now.
