Hi,
Firstly I don’t have the tagDiv mobile theme plugin installed and it was working fine beforehand. Before today the content was showing fine when viewing on mobile, it would change to the mobile menu at the top of the screen and show the main content in on big column and then the sidebar at the end of the content. Now when viewing on mobile it looks exactly the same as if you were on desktop. What has caused this?

I’ve tried disabling any plugins that were added recently and then purging the cache, but its still not working

This issue usually happens because of the cache plugin and cdn server. please only use wp super cache and cloudlflare and these settings:

I haven’t setup a cloudflare cdn server and also I have disabled All caching plugins I have on my site and it’s still not working. So i can tell you it is neither of these things
