I have done changes in theme panel and when saving it keeps saving but it does not save if it is kept for a day. I just deactivate all plugins except tag div ones and then did saving. But same thing happen.

I am not a prorammer and dont understand this.
I just want to change the category page background but the loader keeps spinning and its not saving. I have disabled all plugins but cant do the other complicated stuff.
