Newspaper 9 Update

Hi,
I am currently using Newspaper version 8.1. and would like to update to version 9!

How can I update the Theme? Do I need to upload it again on Design > Themes > Upload? I would like to keep all customizations.

Update the theme via FTP and –> Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1048576 bytes) in /home/admin/web/bigcities.org/public_html/wp-includes/pomo/mo.php on line 289

Please make shore you have set all the Requirements for Newspaper from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also make shore you upload just the folder themehttps://www.screencast.com/t/NFbXktQAvskP ( theme folder unzip ).
