After we update our WordPress system from 4.4.2 to version 4.5 we face a major problem working under Visual Composer.
The part of in Backend Editor which is showing us the structure was not visible… And the adding popup was disappeared.
First of all our designers are working on localhost, before we put the pages to online. The update method that shows in https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
is not working on localhost.
How can we update the Visual Composer under the theme Newspaper on localhost?

You can update visual composer and the theme the same way you would on the online version. You can use the theme files and simply replace the old ones for a theme update and for a plugin update you can follow this topic:

Please ensure that you have followed all the steps for installing the Visual Composer. Also, please try to make a fresh install of the theme and then only install the visual composer version that comes with the theme. Please remove any other version from the plugins section (disable and remove) and then install it from here: http://screencast.com/t/DwZN21u0VR Also, you can try to make a new install from scratch, follow this steps and then check if you will get this error.
Please let us know if you still have problems afterward and let us know when you have the theme active so we can inspect your website.

The way in localhost to update The WordPress Version is;
1- Update the theme Newspaper6 to the last version like (https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-update-visual-composer-2/) here.
2- Uninstall the Visual Composer and delete it.
3- Update the WordPress Version to 4.5
4- Update it as your suggestion on this(http://screencast.com/t/DwZN21u0VR)
