I am having trouble fixing this issue. My menus and home page dissapeared and images in both backend and frontend are not showing. I can see in the media library that the pictures are there but I cant see them, only the icon. the web is http>//mxargentina.com/.
Already checked plugins, cache and other server options; Any clues on what could be causing the problem?

I would suggest to deactivate all the plugins except Visual composer, clear cache and purge cnd files to see if the problem is still there. It could be a compatibility issue since it is an old version of the theme with some of your plugins so it would be recommended to update your theme to the latest version, because the theme has improved much over time. I’ve already tried deactivating the plugin and clearing the cache. I wanted to be sure it could be a compatibility issue before trying to update the template, so I’ll tried that and let you know. Thanks for the quick reply. Much appreciated.
Already updated the theme, but I still can get it to work, images are still not showing (as you can see here: http://mxargentina.com/category/media/fotos/), so I assume the issue won’t be solved this way. I’m going back to a db backup to see if I can at least get the format back working.
All plugins are updated, any clues?
