Not getting any support

Hi I posted this a couple of days ago and just waiting for a response. My support runs out soon so i am keen to get this sorted. Can anyone help or advise on a fix.

So is there additional support that I can access ? I have a few more issues. Is there a hotline or something? What does the support entail?

Hello,

You can extend your support period from envato but there is no extra support like a hotline unfortunately. The support is provided via this forum, not via live chat or via phone.
