It am getting annoyed. Why is my site shows different layout in different times. Sometimes it shows like three month old layout(but content is updated) also sometimes shows mobile version(I disable the mobile theme and amp plugin).

I am getting confused and frustrated. Everyday its happening and i have to login to wp admin then edit page, them it becomes normal but after few hours its goes back to random old layout.

What is the solution?

Hello!

We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Also, please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

I join the question.
I’ve been using a paid caching plugin for a while.
Currently, I am back to WP Super Cache. I have configured the plugin according to your instructions. I also configured CloudFlare as indicated. I have a plugin for mobile websites turned on.
On the desktop version of the page, my template appeared, alternating with the default one. I have tried various WP Super Cache settings and I think I managed to get it under control.
Unfortunately, nothing helps with the mobile version of the site. The default version of the mobile website is displayed.

Hello!

I can’t see your website link. But, if you mean that you have the mobile version on desktop, I recommend you to test it when you have only TagDiv plugins and tested ones active and see the results.

Thank you!

I don’t mean the mobile version for the desktop.
The default template design appears instead of London News Pro.
After clearing the cache of the entire page, London News Pro appears, but then the basic leyout returns again.
The problem concerns the appearance of desktop and mobile.

Hello!

I’ve checked your website, but I can not see any anomalies there. Please make sure in Dashboard -> Plugins that you have only 1 cache plugin active.
If the problem occurs, then we need to take a look and let you know what can be done.
Please make a full backup, send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and Cpanel access, so we can investigate this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.

Thank you!

I just noticed something. On mobile devices, the responsive version of the website appears, not the mobile one. I am using a plugin for the mobile version of the website and AMP.
Admin access mail sent according to the guidelines.

Please, can I ask you to take care of my problem. Thousands of people visit my website every day, and WP Super Cache blows it up. It looks very unprofessional 🙁

Of course, I understand and I try, but I waited a few days for an e-mail with the advice “try to clear the cache” 🙁
Obviously, this is not the solution to the problem.
