Hello,

The mobile theme on desktop issue is a caching issue. Please check your cache and cdn server settings as if the cache is too strong, it will use the mobile theme on desktop as well.
As for the login, we have no such reports. The theme will not show any login details if there is no user actually logged in. This would be a terrible security issue and I can assure you there is no such security risk in our theme.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.

Thank you!

Bogdan,

How do you exempt the cache for this? Using cache definitely speeds up everything. Using the mobile theme makes it optimal.

Is the solution to turn off cache? I’m using wordfence (Falcon engine) and on cloudflare. Maybe I should just use basic cache…

Anyway, is there any way to exempt the plugin from being cached?

Thank you.

Hi

I’ve checked your site and now it works fine: http://screencast.com/t/0q77yiI4
Our theme is tested and works fine with WP Super Cache flowing this configuration: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also you shoud configure your cdn according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
You don’t need to turn off cache but after the theme is updated to a newer version the caches must be emptied and also cdn purged otherwise some of old files will be served instead of new ones and conflicts may appear.

Thanks!
