my site (mention.sg) is loading fine on desktop. However when I try to open the page on mobile (tried both safari and chrome), the page can not be fully loaded. i.e the loading bar below the url is always incomplete.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Indeed in your video the loading bar is not go to the end, but I just checked on mac and android and the content is loading completely, four you the post and page content is not displaying complete ?

Thanks, Anamaria. I have restored the site to a server backup to which seems to fix the issue.
On a side note, the header’s live search only seems to work when I am logged in to the admin panel. Would you be able to advise ?

Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ , you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

Thanks Anamaria, i did some troubleshooting and noticed the culprit is the “Load JavaScript deferred” setting on wp rocket cache plugin.
May I know which javascript (and the file path) controls the live search element that i can exclude?

I am unable to add a hyperlink to a button. Tried disabling all plugins but to no avail. I have also installed a fresh copy of WordPress 5.7 with the last newspaper theme, and the issue persists.
