Mobile theme stopped working without any theme edit, page view count nolonger works, AMP pages don’t work. Theme sometimes loads mobile pages on desktop. Mobile pages and desktop pages keep alternating in display. Theme switches colors automatically. Google rankings lost. Problem has existed for about 4 months now. This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
