When I use Cloud templates with a Category and add ‘Block 11’, I cannot find the ‘normal pagination’ option in the filter settings -> Extra -> Pagination. How can I add this setting?

If you use a cloud template, you can customize it using the tagdiv Composer and add the element to the page: https://app.screencast.com/EPEu7gQO6h2KJ. But if you use a default template, then you can not edit the page with the tagDiv Composer.
