theme pannel paid features problem

i attached all the screenshot related to my quries. I’m not getting all the option of paid theme features in theme pannel . On otherhand my friend’s website all paid option are showing smoothly . so please cheackout my website website url and resolve it
for your kind information i’m using latest version of newspaper theme
please help me

Hello,

Those features your friend has are old. Also, if you want to have these features you need to have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin activated.
We now recommend using cloud templates, which are much more flexible.
